Mortgage Loan Disclosure Forms Revised

Hello fellow investor your investor coach has new info to share with you. Saturday March 15 the LA times Business Section states that Hud has finally decided to change the Loan Disclosure forms . There has not been a change in the last 30 years . What does that mean to you and I well the new forms are going to be alot more easy to read so that you can understand the terms of the loan better . About time... In all the mound of paper work that is issued to client I believe the forms should be alot more plain . We should be able to determine what is the best loan and these new forms should allow that . I believe when you get to closing table you should be able to understand the forms you are about to sign....Since buying a house is the biggest investment you will every make and it you be treated very seriously..The revision should be in effect by the end of the year..

Thats my thought on the matter. Please commit if you wish.

P.S. the Feds are going to meet Wed 18th I believe there will be another decrease in the Fed Fund Rate . Maybe .75% or 1% . So if you have a HELOC your payment will reflect this decrease .

December 31,2007 what a year to remember . We all have been blessed to have been a part of history. 2007 has brought success and challenges . The Real Estate industry have undergone a new cycle . And we all know that with all cycle there is going to be some ups and downs . For the in investors who have purchased property in California , Florida, Arizona, and Las Vegas have seen property value increase by 30% the last 3 years and now are experience and correction in values. Remember this is a cycle and what comes up must come down ,but the good news is the prices will come back up again . Real Estate is still the #1 source of wealth here in America.

The Mortgage Industry  has also undergone a  dramatic face lift . What a ride this has been . Many people who have gotten into the industry over the last 3 years have now decided to try something new. I have seen many changes over the last 10 years in this industry and by the grace of God have made it through.

I believe this year is going to be the best year yet . I want all of you to focus on taking action daily .Expect the best and the best will be given. May you have a very prosperous 2008. Remember to write your goals down and focus on getting results daily .
